I'm Nat. I've spent more than 30 years in the beauty industry, working around the world as a spa therapist — and water has always been at the heart of it.
I've worked with Vichy shower equipment. I've performed hydrotherapy and algotherapy treatments in professional spas. And if you've ever had a Vichy shower or a water-based spa ritual, you know the feeling: the moment the water starts, something changes. Your shoulders drop. Your breathing slows. It's the most underrated beauty treatment there is.
The problem? That experience lives in spas. And I don't have a bath at home.
Why it matters
